Karakoz Zhangaliyeva
Karakoz Zhangaliyeva is a Kazakh national, and holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from the ‘Al-Farabi Kazakh National University’, where she studied in the ’Mechanics and Mathematics’ Faculty. Ms Zhangaliyeva’s experience in property valuation spans over a period of 10 years, including working for the Appraisal Service Department of ‘Bank CenterCredit’ JSC and ‘Scot Holland (more than 8 years)’. She has an extensive experience in investment projects, business and deposit (mining) valuations. She has become a member of RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ) from 2015.

Natalya Kovalyova is a Kazakh national with extensive professional experience in providing brokerage services (in particular working with residential rental), and has successfully completed many agency transactions for tobacco companies, oil companies, banks, embassies, international companies, farm companies and etc. Mrs Kovalyova is a graduate of the University of International Business in Almaty, and has been with Scot Holland | CBRE since 2009.
