Peter Goranov, Director | Strategic Consulting and Valuations Department

Peter Goranov is a Bulgarian national who has worked and lived in the CIS region since 1997, and holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics and Finance from the ‘University of National and World Economy’ in Sofia, Bulgaria. Mr Goranov joined Scot Holland as Senior Manager of the Strategic Consulting & Valuation Department of the Company in 2007, and is currently responsible for all client relationships and implementation of Strategic Consulting projects.

Karakoz Zhangaliyeva, Senior Manager | Valuation Department

Karakoz Zhangaliyeva is a Kazakh national, and holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from the ‘Al-Farabi Kazakh National University’, where she studied in the ’Mechanics and Mathematics’ Faculty. Ms Kyrkynbayeva’s experience in property valuation spans over a period of 5 years, including working for the Appraisal Service Department of ‘Bank CenterCredit’ JSC and ‘Scot Holland’.

Ms Bokanova has wide professional experience. Joined Scot Holland | CBRE in November 2008. Ms Bokanova is a holder of state license to perform property valuation activity.

Tatiana Ilyassova is a Kazakh national with a great experience in providing brokerage services to the Oil & Gas Industry in Atyrau. Ms. Ilyassova is a graduate of the Linguistics Academy in Pyatigorsk (Russia) and has wide experience in working with foreign companies. Ms. Ilyassova has been with the company since 1998, the year when the branch office was established in Atyrau.
