Roger Holland
Roger Holland is a British national, founder and President of the Company. He is a graduate of the University of Southampton and holds a degree in Finance and Statistics. Mr. Holland regularly takes part and delivers speeches at international conferences and round table discussions as real estate expert and professional. He is an author of articles on real estate and investments both in Kazakh and international publications. Mr. Holland is regularly invited by the top Kazakh universities to give lectures as leading property expert.
Evgeniy Dolbilin
Mr. Dolbilin is a Kazakh national and holds a Masters Degree in Economics. He has been with the Company since it was formed in 1998. His portfolio includes large scale investment activity, acquisition and brokerage transactions with both multinational and local blue chip companies, banks, developers and investment funds. Mr. Dolbilin is regularly interviewed by the local and international press as a recognized real estate expert on Kazakhstan.
